We finally made Halloween cookies this afternoon. As you can see from the pics, the girls helped a lot and had a great time. Jesse is very methodical about sugar placement. LOL Chloe loves cutting out the shapes. And lets face it, who doesn't like to eat a good sugar cookie?!
John took the girls trick-or-treating and they came back with full buckets and eager to give out treats here...so far (8pm) no trick-or-treaters. Oh, well. I did take them up the street to see Mr. Jesse and he strongly encouraged them to come back for more candy. (I think he's scared he's going to be stuck with all the candy...just like us!)
An additional note: I did get the candy pretzels made for John to take to work this morning. He called me later and told me a lady wants to buy three dozen from me...interesting, huh?
