I'll start with my birthday. Yes, I had one. It was nice. John and the girls took me out to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. How I love their pancakes! The girls proved how well they know me by the presents they gave me.
We also got the truck back. It looks great and you can't even tell where it was hit. However, I have not taken a picture of it so you'll have to take my word for it.
June was Morgan's, our niece, graduation.
Where we ran into our dear friend J.J!
Saw Morgan receive her diploma!
Yes, she can be a little crazy like the rest of us.
And saw a happy Grandma and Nana.

We took a trip to the zoo with some friends of ours. It turned out to be the first day the grizzles were back on exhibit. Chloe was so excited. I didn't know, but my friend Lauren told me once they arrived and we decided to keep it a secret from her. I loved the face she made when she realized it.
Before school began again, we took a day to go to the beach. You can't go wrong with awesome doughnuts and the ocean!
We are now back in session, much to the dismay of the girls. But so far things are going well, except for the usual...we are already dropping a day. John has added a day to his vacation; we'll be happy to have him home though.
I can't believe Jesse started high school this year! To think we started this homeschooling journey in kindergarten and now she is in high school. I'm trying to just enjoy each moment as they come, knowing four years will fly by and there is no telling where she will go afterward.
She is enjoying her animation class. She has already had her first computer assignment and did well. I enjoy watching her mind work and see what she comes up with for class.
My two favorite men at Father's Day.
Last Thursday, Chloe received her fourth degree black belt. We are so proud of her. Now, we are all the same rank again. We still enjoy being with each other there and pounding on each other at sparring. It really does bring a family closer together. lol I haven't downloaded the pictures yet, so I'll do that in a separate post.

¡Hola!.....That's all I want to say.
Dare I say, when I looked at the first picture I thought, "Why does she have a post card of the Wiggles?" Looks like y'all are having a fun, packed summer! Congrats on the birthdays, and graduations!
Oh, how we loved the Wiggles! Jesse just found out recently they are from Australia. I thought for sure she knew that. lol We are trying to pack in all the fun we can that is for sure.
You guys are busy too with all the birthdays and graduations. Hope everyone is well.
LOL I thought that was the Wiggles too, Courtney! It's about time you updated the blog ;-) Congrats on all the birthday and graduations. I was hoping for pics because I got ONE! Sigh... The boys are so happy to be back at TKD and hope to see more of you since there aren't any recommended next time. :)
Wendy, honestly, I'm not even sure if I have "pictures". John usually makes videos and I'm having trouble posting videos on the blog. I'll see if I can work on that this week. :-)
I've found that posting videos to youtube, set privately, is pretty easy to do. Then they're only seen by the people who can see where ever you post them. I can't wait to see them!
That is good to know, Wendy. When I tried to post the video of Chloe realizing what was in front of her it only showed the second half of the video; you totally missed her reaction, which was the entire point of showing the video. :-)
