My adventure into homemade mac & cheese...

not baked. As I poured out our last box of Kraft the other week, I became thinking about how difficult it would be to make it that simply, from scratch. Turns out...not that hard. Today was the day I finally did it. I just made one-and-a-half cups of noodles and drained it. Then added about a cup-and-a-half of organic cheddar cheese and one-third cup Parmesan, a little butter and a splash of organic milk. And viola! Mac and cheese. The girls apparantly liked it, both had two bowls. Just goes to show we don't need these "instant gratification" companies all the time (ocassionally will do). John even tried it when he got home today and he liked it too. Now, I'm happy!
