The girls won out..

we went to Michael's last night. I have to admit I enjoy going and looking as much as they do and apparently so does John. John and I spent about twenty minutes in the Halloween section looking at the "village" stuff. I think John wants a Halloween village for himself because I have two Christmas ones (John picked out one).

The girls did very well with their gift cards. Jesse, who usually does not spend all of hers at once, actually went a wee bit over but had some of her allowance money "just in case". Chloe decided this time not to spend it all at once. As you can see, they did a good job at picking out things just for them!
