This morning I was treated to buttered toast (made by Chloe) and two scrambled eggs (made by Jesse). It was delicious! John has been teaching the girls, mainly Jesse, how to cook eggs. Yesterday's lesson was eggs sunny side up, which she needs more practice on but I don't like them that way. Jesse is doing well with her cooking. I've been calling her into the kitchen to let her help with lunch and dinner too. I figure even if she can't do it yet (sear a roast for the crock pot) she can watch and take it in. She is loving it!
Chloe asked this morning if she could start learning to cook too. We tried to explain that Jesse is two years older and more ready than she is but she'll be there soon. She wasn't happy but she accepted it.

Its true but I hope that I can learn to cook when Im seven or eight but I can make a few things but not a lot.
