I am very thankful for my Dad wanting, almost insisting, we tie the new tree down. I really did not expect tornado force winds right after planting it, but that is what we had last night. The tree is fine. I haven't checked the status of the blooms, but it is still standing.
So far we have laid 157 edgers (I called them pavers before, my bad). I am very glad we got them down yesterday before the heavy rain came last night. I have looked out the dining room window and I can see where the water is hitting in the "garden" from the roof of the garage. We need to do something there, but I have no clue what. I am sure we will walk out there soon to see if everything held. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Pictures? And pictures of the new "do"? I got a new cut and highlights (from my sister in law), it will take a while for me to start working on the blog again. Britt. got highlights too-much lighter. Cute though.
How is the yard holding up? I can't wait to see it!
I keep checking Courtney's blog to see what she's up to also. I hope all is well in OK!
The yard is doing well; however, with the recent heat it is a bit dry. I'm hoping it will survive.
